Our mission is to introduce best-in-industry practices and state-of-the-art functional excellence in all business functions.As a Sr. IT Analyst here at Honeywell, you will work in the Enterprise IT Digital Supply Chain team in the Planning domain to architect, design, configure, test, and deploy the end-to-end supply chain planning solutions with a focus on After-Market Planning, specifically the Servigistics application and its integration with SAP.You will report directly to our Director, IT, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will closely collaborate with business users, IT business partners, Honeywell global business leaders, and IT COEs to evaluate business problem statements, analyze, articulate, and lead in end-to-end solution builds including training using Servigistics as Honeywell's enterprise standard planning application.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESUnderstand end-to-end Supply Chain Planning business processes, identifying potential areas of opportunity for design and process improvements and automation within the Aftermarket planning process using PTC's Servigistics application.Configure the supply chain planning - Servigistics to support business requirements and design different seeded solutions.Design and develop technical/functional specifications with Servigistics and SAP Planning applications and manage data migration with source and target applications.Lead and develop solutions in supply chain planning and aftermarket planning by addressing identified gaps in meeting business requirements. Conduct customer workshops to understand end-to-end business process requirements and propose the best possible solutions.Collaborate with all stakeholders, including IT, business leaders, external IT, business partners, end users, and team members, to define business problem statements and initiate the solution development process while adhering to organizational guidelines.Ability to travel as required, up to 25% to project locations during peak times.U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidates must be U.S. Persons, defined as U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status, or those who can obtain export authorization.BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELLIn addition to a competitive salary and the opportunity to develop solutions alongside dedicated experts, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
