Sr. IT analyst will engage with the target company resources, share Honeywell standards and governance model, understand their requirements, identify gaps and partner with IT, Security and Compliance Service Delivery Owners and Functional leaders to come up with end user integration strategy, scope, execution plan and cost that aligns with the overall integration goals. This resource will be responsible for engagement, planning and delivery of M&A integrations.A key member of Digital Employee Experience (DEX) tower and Mergers & Acquisition Integration team working on Acquisition and Divestiture executions with keen focus on workforce digitization that includes End user Compute, Mobility, Collaboration and Site readiness etc. You will report directly to our Sr. IT Manager and you will work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a Hybrid work schedule.This team member will work independently under limited supervision and is expected to identify problems and update processes to maximize results and efficiencies.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnd user Compute & PC services (Remediation / Refresh)

Perform asset discovery and create an inventory using various discovery tools etc.Come up with a PC refresh strategy that aligns with the integration goals and IT mandatesDevelop end user integration plans to standardize PCs and AD migration.Partner work with Site support resources to deliver a great End user support servicesWork with various service owners to achieve a digital workforce experience

Collaboration Services (eMail / SharePoint / OneDrive / AD Migration)

Work with HR partner to ensure smooth transition of acquired employees into HoneywellUnderstand the needs of employees, customers, suppliers, vendors, and partnersEnsure Honeywell standards and governance model are followed to meet IT & security needsEnsure a thought through solution including data migration is executed for collaboration and mobility services keeping in mind the regional nuances and data retention policiesEffectively manage planning till delivery, risks, issues, escalations and cost etc.May need to manage 3rd party vendor resources

AD Migration

Initiate Active Directory (AD) migration to Honeywell AD by working with IT & Security teams

License True Up

Run SCCM Scans of PC's and develop list of items requiring LicensesGather Proof of licensing, identify gaps and create remediation plan

Telephone, Mobility, Conference Rooms & Print Services

Will need to identify transition plan for Telephony, mobility, print services and conference rooms etc. meeting Honeywell standards and regional needs

Due Diligence

Able to conduct detailed due diligence to support acquisition and divestiture planning
