Long termJob Description:Provides analysis functions and business area knowledge and technical expertise to team members engaged in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of business information systems.Provides business area and technical expertise to management and customers to facilitate planning, set direction, define business initiatives, and develop solutions to customer business information systems needs and requirements.Assists the customer in the definition of business requirements, and their translation to information systems functions/features; establishes project objectives and identifies/quantifies benefits and develops business requirement documentation.Coordinates system installation, evaluates existing systems and procedures, and recommends changes to management.Meets regularly with customers to ensure timely and effective response to requests for service and high levels of customer satisfaction.Manages and creates Change Requests (using ServiceNow), initiates Incident Management tickets.Provides support for software releases and deployments.Provides production level technical and business support when required due to various issues.Required Experience Level:Experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Previous experience and exposure to Web Services using JSON REST, testing using JUnit.
