Our specialized facilities provide short-term, intensive treatment to patients in both inpatient and community-supported environments. We also deliver comprehensive care to patients committed through the criminal justice system.Position Location:Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare1756 Sagamore Rd.Northfield, Ohio 44067Salary Information:$18.06 - $19.30 per hourWork Hours: Variable (Unusual or rotating shift)$1,000.00 New Hire Sign on Bonus, $500.00 paid at 120 days, $500.00 paid at 365 days. www.mha.ohio.gov .What You'll Do:Performs general housekeeping duties to maintain clean area assigned: dust mops, sweeps, buffs & waxes floors; scrubs toilets, countertops, walls, & ceilings; dusts & cleans furniture & equipment; empties & washes trash receptacles; washes windows; polishes mirrors & glass; vacuums & shampoos carpets; replenishes soap, paper towels & toilet paper & maintains other supplies as needed. Maintains outside grounds: removes snow/ice from walkways; picks up litter; empties outside trash receptacles; reports any evidence of fire, illegal entry & theft in property.Performs other related duties: stocks supply closets; calls in work orders for replacement of light bulbs & reports need for equipment repair; secures doors/windows; moves furniture; sorts & washes linen/laundry as required; utilizes Ohio Department of Mental Health approved office productivity software, approved intra & Internet resources & information systems in an appropriate work-related manner as specified in the NBH Personal Computer Usage Guidelines for Employees; attends mandated in-service training & staff meetings; completes related paperwork as required; fills in for other custodial workers in their absence.What’s in it for you:At the State of Ohio, we take care of the team that cares for Ohioans.
