Active TS/SCIHOW A SHAREPOINT ADMINISTRATOR (SME) WILL MAKE AN IMPACTProvides Microsoft SharePoint 2019 administrator support for a large customer within the DoD community. Administrator will be tasked with assisting in the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft SharePoint 2019 architectures.Assist with SharePoint farm upgrades and deployments.Experience and knowledge with SharePoint Online administration.Experience administering Windows Servers, Active Directory including ADFS, DNS, SMTP, Network Load Balancing, Windows Firewall, Event Viewer Performance Monitoring and PowerShell scripting.Experience configuring and maintaining SharePoint Enterprise search, index configurations, and scheduling.Experience supporting Microsoft SQL Server in a SharePoint environment.Provide critical problem solving and advanced troubleshooting including site problems, address site permission issues, creation and configuration of sites and sub-sites, assist in definition of site resources.Plans for and install service packs, hotfixes, updates and patches during off-peak time as required and communicate any downtime to business.Perform data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.Ensure sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.Review usage and activity reports and adjusting to ensure optimized user experiences.Experience with Information Assurance practices and principles (ex. STIGs).Provide security operations or coordinate security operations functions in support of cybersecurity accreditation-risk management framework (RMF) continuous monitoring process.Participate in the design and implementation of methods, procedures, and systems to improve the processing and flow of information within the organization.Develop workflows, automations and other powerapps to improve pilot/project delivery and artifact management.Enable knowledge flow to enhance shared understanding, learning and decision-making for programs critical to effective mission command (MC).May serve as a technical consultant to a project or several projects dealing with area of technical expertise.Coordinates with contract management and Government personnel to ensure the problems have been properly defined and the solutions satisfy customer needs.Analyzes user needs to determine functional requirements for a wide variety of projects; consults with clients to determine optimum design for assigned projects.Performs functional modeling based on requirements analysis.Generates recommendations in the form of technical briefings, reports, and other major documents provided to senior level client personnel.Identifies emerging relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes and systems.Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials.May serve as technical team or task lead.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Education:

High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience, or Associates Degree with 10 years of experience, or Bachelors Degree with 8 years of experience.Preferred Skills:

Knowledge/experience of Army command structures and possess the ability to integrate knowledge into SharePoint infrastructure for leadership and user consumption.Strong written and verbal communication skills along with strong customer service.Ability to multi-task, prioritize commitments, and manage time effectively including attention to detail.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.

Clearance Level:

TS/SCI.Required Certification(s):

DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II/8140 Computing Environment (CE) Certification as determined by the Program Manager is required prior to support on contract.IAT II 8570/8140 Baseline Certification Security+ or equivalent.Required Computing Environment Certification: MCSA Windows Server 2012, Solaris 10, Linux+, VCP5, Azure Administrator Fundamentals, or equivalent.

Candidates must be willing and able to attain a CI Polygraph for certain positions as determined by the contract.Position may require lifting of objects (i.e. IT Hardware), reaching/bending/kneeling (i.e. plug in cables) and other moderately strenuous activity.Travel may be required to support the mission.
