Senior SharePoint Developer / Administrator

Position Description:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile SharePoint Developer/Admin to join our team. This role will focus on developing and maintaining software solutions while ensuring effective integration and deployment using DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint Online architecture, combined with a strong background in Agile methodologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.

Implement and customize applications within SharePoint Online to meet organizational needs.

Ensure software solutions align with technical requirements and business goals.

Design and document architecture to support software, hardware, and communications for both present and future needs.

Develop solutions that consider cross-functional requirements and interfaces to ensure seamless integration and scalability.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture designs with the clients infrastructure and operational requirements.

Implement and manage DevOps practices for continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and automation.

Monitor and optimize system performance, deployment processes, and infrastructure.

Use version control systems and automate deployment pipelines to streamline development and operational workflows.

Analyze and consult on SharePoint solutions, ensuring they align with organizational infrastructure and meet performance expectations.

Provide expertise on the integration of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions within existing systems and workflows.

Participate in Agile projects as an Architect, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within Agile frameworks.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software development with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.

Demonstrated experience in SharePoint Online architecture and development.

Proven experience in designing and implementing software and hardware architectures.

Experience working on Agile projects, preferably in an Architect role.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 development and Power Platform development.

Strong understanding of SharePoint Online and its integration within organizational infrastructure.

Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and version control.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to design scalable and reliable architectures to meet both current and future needs.

Certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or DevOps practices.

Experience with additional development and deployment tools or technologies.

Compensation and Benefits:

The projected compensation range for this position is $127,725 to $167,000 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The target salary is $153,000 per year. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
