We support IT organizations by bringing precision technology and operation models that achieve mission capabilities and performance success.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer who will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions to meet the organization's collaboration, communication, and business process needs. The Developer will possess a strong technical background to lead the development of custom solutions and enhancements for our SharePoint Online (SPO) environment. The candidate will demonstrate expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing complex solutions on SPO, showcasing proficiency in various technical aspects of SharePoint development.Essential Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders, including Business Analysts and Project Managers, to gather requirements and architect, design, and implement custom solutions leveraging SharePoint Online capabilities to meet business objectives.Create technical architecture documentation for SharePoint solutions, considering scalability, security, performance, and seamless integration with PowerApps.Design, develop, and implement custom SharePoint back-end solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Online, PowerApps and other SharePoint technologies.Create and maintain SharePoint workflows, web parts, site templates, and custom applications.Customize and extend SharePoint functionalities with server-side code, including custom timers, event receivers, and application services.Develop and maintain data connections and integrations between SharePoint and other enterprise platforms like Office 365, Azure, and SQL Server.Monitor and enhance SharePoint performance, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.Perform SharePoint health checks and implement best practices for optimization.Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and ensure SharePoint solutions comply with company security policies and regulatory standards.Work with IT security teams to ensure proper data governance and user permissions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing SharePoint environments.Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, project teams, and other stakeholders.Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring seamless navigation and functionality.Work on data migration and integration projects, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Monitor and optimize the performance of SharePoint solutions, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.Conduct regular reviews of SharePoint environments to ensure optimal configurations.Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design specifications, deployment guides, and standard operating procedures.Utilize Microsoft 365 Copilot to enhance productivity by automating documentation processes, drafting project specifications, generating reports, and summarizing technical discussions, while guiding team members in leveraging AI tools for improved collaboration and efficiency.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.6+ years of experience as a SharePoint Developer, with a focus on SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019, showcasing advanced proficiency in SharePoint development and customization.Expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell scripting, SharePoint REST APIs, JavaScript, and other development tools and frameworks.In-depth knowledge of SharePoint site architecture, including hub sites, communication sites, lists, libraries, and permissions management.Proven track record in developing scalable, responsive, and user-friendly applications on SharePoint Online.Familiarity with SharePoint migration processes and tools.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Desired:Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., M365 certifications) are desirable.Utilize Microsoft 365 Copilot to enhance productivity by automating documentation processes.2 years of experience working with PowerApps.Experience using C#, .NET, PowerShell, REACT and REST APIs.Compensation and BenefitsThe projected compensation range for this position is $99,700 to $135,300 with a target salary of $113,900.00 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
