This position will report to SPU's Watershed Management and serves the SPU Water Line of Business, and other SPU branches in a distributed organizational model.The position meets complex information management and regulatory requirements in a public drinking water system that includes remote source supply watersheds that provide drinking water for over 1.5 million people. A minimum of five (5) years of experience with information management systems (GIS, Asset Inventory/Management, Data Recovery and/or other Operational Maintenance Systems).Education:

Bachelor's Degree in computer information systems, management information systems or related field.Experience/Education Equivalency:

A combination of education and/or training and/or experience which provides an equivalent background required to perform the work of the class may be substituted for the required education or experience.Desired Qualifications:Expertise/experience in ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, ArcIMS, ArcCatalog, ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal), ArcGIS Online, ESRI Mobile Field Mapping, including ArcGIS Field Maps, ArcGIS Experience Builder, ESRI Story Maps, Python; Tableau, SQL, Oracle, XML, JSON, Avenza, and Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint collection administration, Excel, Lists, and Power Platform.Experience with information management systems related to natural resources and drinking water operations.Emergency response experience in a wildland setting.How to Apply:

This position allows for the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule. Starting November 4, 2024, City employees will have the option to work remotely two days a week. Individual schedules will be agreed upon by the employee and their supervisor.The full salary range for this position is $50.61 - $75.96 per hour.Benefits:
