This role is best suited for licensed professional engineers (PE) or working towards licensure (EIT).ResponsibilitiesReview and/or modify AutoCAD templates for A&E drawing packagesDetailed review of deliverables to provide feedback and redlines prior to review and approval by Engineer of RecordPerform ancillary civil/structural design and/or analysis on various structures such as equipment pads, steel platforms, antenna mounts, H-frames, etc.Produce conceptual sketches for inclusion in design packagesRecommend civil and electrical design changes for telecom sitesReview structural documentation for consistency with the overall projectDevelop, maintain and own tools, standards and training as applicablePerform quality audit of work product from external partiesRespond to consultation work order requestsDrive, manage and proactively communicate useful updates in accordance to project expectationsEducation/CertificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent degreeMaster's degree preferredFundamentals of Engineering Exam – EIT Designation requiredProfessional licensure (PE) or Electrical Engineer (EE) preferredThree (3) to eight (8) or more years of relevant experienceExperience using AutoCAD software is requiredWorking knowledge of applicable codes and standardsAbility to create and evaluate electrical plans, one line diagrams and other electrical detailsExperience using MS Excel and other general purpose software for engineering calculationsExperience leading projectsUnderstanding of spatial relationships to resolve potential interference issuesUnderstanding of structural load pathsKnowledge of bolted and welded connection designKnowledge of tower hardware and componentsExperience or knowledge of steel shop fabrication processes and/or knowledge of fabrication shop tools and capabilitiesExperience or knowledge in tower/reinforcement erection and/or knowledge of tower construction equipment and practicesDetail oriented and self-motivatedGood written and oral communication skillsExperience in customer relations and communicationsOpen to innovative solutions utilizing developing technologyExperience using tnxTower and/or RISA 3D software preferred not requiredOrganizational Relationship Reports to:

This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
