Key player in driving HR analytics initiatives, providing advanced data analysis, and delivering insights that inform strategic decisions.Work closely with the Director of HRIS and other stakeholders to develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and predictive models that support workforce planning and HR strategy.This role offers the ability to build and refine the analytics capabilities within the organization, making a significant impact by turning data into actionable intelligence that drives business outcomes.LOCATION:
South Charlotte, Hybrid 3-4 days in officeWHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct complex data analysis using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within HR data, providing insights that inform business decisions.Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards that provide real-time access to key HR metrics and KPIs for various stakeholders.Predictive Modeling: Apply advanced statistical techniques to develop predictive models that forecast HR trends, such as employee turnover, recruitment needs, and workforce performance.Reporting Solutions: Create and automate reports that provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders, ensuring data is presented in a clear and accessible manner.Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with HR and business leaders to understand their data needs, deliver insights, and make recommendations that drive strategic initiatives.Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve data analysis methodologies, staying current with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics.THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on HR or people analytics.Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Strong understanding of HR metrics and experience working with HRIS systems.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way to non-technical stakeholders.
