Job Description:We are seeking a Retail Media Network Analyst to help drive the scaling of our new Retail Media Network (RMN) business. This role is responsible for analyzing our retail media data to prove effectiveness and ROI to our clients. This role will take ownership of scaling and automating retail media reporting and presenting results to clients.You will work closely with the sales, campaign planning, and operations internal teams and will work through Ad serving, CMS, POS, and other data sources. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of retail media, ad technology platforms, data analytics, and the evolving needs of consumer-packaged goods (CPG) brands and advertisers.Responsibilities:Performance Insights:
Analyze data from the Retail Media Network's operations to derive insights on performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.Data & Analytics team:
Work closely with the Data and Analytics team on methodologies, data ingestion, and automation.Data for sale strategy:
Support the sales and marketing teams by providing data-driven insights and reports that inform strategies and decision-making.Product Collaboration:
Work with the product team to contribute to the development and enhancement of the Retail Media Network's offerings, based on analytical findings.Market Research:
Conduct market research to stay abreast of key trends, opportunities, and challenges within the Retail Media landscape.Competitive Reporting:
Monitor and report on the competitive landscape, providing regular updates on competitor strategies, products, and market positioning.Vendor Pitch:
Assist in the creation of sales and marketing materials by providing relevant data and analysis that highlight the value proposition of the Retail Media Network.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.2+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within the advertising/media industry or retail sector.Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including an understanding of Retail Media Networks.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders at various levels.
