Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This position is critical to supporting marketing, sales and operations to optimize revenue streams and profitability.The Revenue Operations Analyst will report directly to the V.P - Finance and Accounting and work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), sales and operations teams to provide actionable insights that help drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales data to assess revenue trends, and growth opportunities in lines of business and at company divisional locations.Tracking sales (WTG) backlog and reconciliation, bid reporting, and revenue flash reports.Analyze margins, customer profitability, install data, ASP and trends related to these metrics.Gather and interpret market penetration data to assess Primera's position in the market and identify opportunities for growth and strategic expansion.Assist in preparing and updating reports such customer revenue reports, flash reports, and dashboards to communicate insights on revenue performance, customer profitability, and market trends to the leadership team.Collaborate with the sales, finance, and operations teams to provide data-driven recommendations that support the company's revenue and growth goals.Participate in forecasting and budgeting processes to help ensure accurate revenue projections.Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide insights on margin analysis, pricing strategies, competitive positioning.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make recommendations.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and insights clearly to non-technical audiencesA basic understanding of profitability metrics, sales performance analysis, and market research.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.A desire to learn and grow within the construction services industry.Preferred Skills:
Experience or knowledge of the construction industry, particularly in residential new construction, is a plus but not required.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems is a plus.Experience with financial modeling or data analysis software is a bonus
