Performs information systems support and development in three or more functional areas, including but not limited to data control, applications training, data coordination and scheduling, data security administration, IT project coordination, web/software development, etc.Essential Functions
Enterprise Design & Administration: Manage, research, design, develop, and deploy enterprise systems and strategies for mission-critical departmental technological needs.Directory Administration & Design: Administer departmental user & workstation directories.Endpoint Security: Manage and deploy enterprise systems and strategies for endpoint security.Data Integrity & Disaster Recovery Administration: Research, design, and deploy data storage and backup systems.Network Design & Administration: Research & design departmental networks.Departmental Application Development: Manage, research, design, develop, and deploy internal applications and database systems.Elevated Help Desk: Provide elevated help desk support when necessary for end-user incidents.Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Repetitive hand motion (such as typing), walking.Seldom:
Bending, reaching overhead.MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 POUNDS.Minimum Qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.Preferences
A minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting Windows and Mac OS.Experience with Directory Services such as LDAP, Active Directory and/or Open Directory.Experience with cross-platform software, protocols, and hardware.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.ITIL Certification or Knowledge.Embody a culture of collaboration, transparency, and candor.Additional Information
