F&B Supervisor Wage:

Essential Functions:
Report to work in professionally appropriate attire, presented neat, and clean.Greet all guests in a friendly, positive manner. Ask questions of guests and make personal connections to make them feel they are welcome and valued. Conduct table touches, including guests with both to-go orders and in-room dining.Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating new and existing team members, supervising staff on shift by holding team members accountable to policies and procedures and discipline when necessary.Assist with any POS system items, train new staff, run reports, input/change menu items, etc.Ensure that all safety, sanitation, energy management, preventive maintenance, and other standards are being followed.Assure that restaurant and all banquet functions are properly staffed in accordance with the approved staffing schedule.Monitor labor, assisting with timekeeping system/processing of payroll--including facilitating tip sharing when applicable; also monitoring other expense costs for the departments.Coordinate with Sales for booked F&B events regarding food, beverage, and service needs, including diagramming of buffet tables, guest tables, and other function room set-up needs for events. Responsible for set up, service, maintenance, and break down of banquet rooms, including AV.Ensure that all legal requirements are consistently adhered to including wage and hour and federal, state and/or local laws pertaining to alcoholic beverages (TIPS, ServSafe, and applicable certifications).Regularly inspect all front of the house service areas and equipment to assure that sanitation, safety, energy management, preventative maintenance, and other standards for the department are met—utilize Quore as needed.Assist in monitoring purchasing and receiving procedures for products and supplies to ensure proper quantity, quality, and price for all purchases.Maintain knowledge of F&B menu items and their contents, as well as appropriate table settings and service ware and the correct preparation and garnishing methods—inspect prepared menu items as appropriate before the finished product goes to the guest or buffet.Assure proper inventory of all service equipment and supplies to meet required needs.Address guest complaints in a professional way, and then going one more step—keeping F&B Manager informed.Assist in maintaining regular and recurrent attendance records.Other duties as requested by management.Position Requirements:
Minimum Knowledge: Requires ability to interpret / extract information and / or perform arithmetic functions. Requires typing, record keeping, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs, including internet use. Knowledge of restaurant computer systems, POSI is preferred. Must have good communication skills.Formal Education and Job-Related Experience: This position prefers a minimum formal education of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience. Minimum of two-year job-related experience.License, Registration, and/or Certification Required: ServSafe and TIPS Certification.Uniform and Appearance Guidelines:
Uniform: Uniform and name tag provided. Close-toed, non-slip shoes are the responsibility of the Team Member.Appearance: Hair must be kept well-groomed. All facial piercings and tattoos that are not covered by a work uniform must be approved by management.
