For more information, please visit www.WFGNationalTitle.com.Job Purpose:The Claims Administrator provides administrative support to the claims team through the new claims process.Essential Job Functions:Assist with review and intake of new claims received by telephone, mail or email.Manage assignment of new claims.Send correspondence via email to claimant to acknowledge receipt of claim.Input new claims information into Claims System.Upload documents, emails, or other content and add new data to the claims system.Request files or information from title and escrow operations or agents.Assist with letters of indemnity and continue to insure requests.Assist with payment of vendor invoices.Assist with recoupment of losses from agents and responsible parties.Other office administrative tasks as needed, including mailings, copying, etc.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Must have knowledge of office administrative procedures and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment with at least 5 years of recent experience.Experience in MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel).Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.Experience working in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to handle multiple priorities.Basic Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate and present at all levels, both internally and externally.Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively prioritize and work well in fast-paced environment.High level of demonstrated customer service and time management skills.Professional demeanor.Self-organizing and motivational skills.Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and retain information specific to the business domain.Must successfully pass a criminal history background check.Preferred Qualifications:College degree in business, finance or related field.Knowledge of title, escrow, and/or real estate services.Supervisory Responsibility:This position has no supervisory responsibilities.Work Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Physical Requirements/ADA:No unusual physical requirements. Requires no heavy lifting, and nearly all work is performed in a comfortable indoor facility. Routine deadlines; usually sufficient lead time; variance in work volume seasonal and predictable; priorities can be anticipated; some interruptions are present; travel or other inconveniences have advance notice; involves occasional exposure to demands and pressures from persons other than immediate supervisor.Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands. Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 10 lbs.Vision requirements:
