Essential Job Functions:

To learn the essential processes for e-recording and invoicing and to be able to independently perform these dutiesOperate office equipment, computer, scanner and copy machinesTo be able to learn to create federal express labels for sending documents to counties that do not e-recordHave a positive, collaborative, teamwork environment based on the company culture and valuesAble to be at work on time and to have minimal absencesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to quickly learn how to utilize various website and become proficient in a short period of timeProficient computer skills for error free typing and 100% accuracyAbility to take direction and complete tasks efficiently and without errorsStrong communication skills; written, in person, and by phone for creating and sending emails to clientsAbility to multi-task while maintaining an upbeat and professional demeanorBasic Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalentLive within commutable distance to the Glendale officeAbility to work in an office environment from 8-5 dailyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Keen sense of urgencyMust successfully pass a criminal history and credit background checkPreferred Qualifications:

Previous office, invoicing or other clerical skills. Positive attitude, attention to detail a must
