Omaha, NE . In this position, you will report directly to the Information Assurance Manager and is an exciting opportunity to use your experience providing advanced computing solutions. You will use a wide array of Linux and Windows systems in a tightly integrated environment with a focus on security and high-performance computing.Position Responsibilities:Provide support for the design, validation and configuration management of Information SystemsPatch and anti-virus definition managementSecure and maintain all components in accordance with established Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and customer directives.Perform system integration, hardware, and software installations, configuration and disposition of servers and workstations to support the architecture.Provide problem resolution and technical support for delivered systemsAdminister user’s system access and work to protect information to meet security requirementsSystem monitoring, user management, backups, updates, and manage break/fix scenarios.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Hands-on experience in Linux Server and workstation environmentsWorking knowledge in Windows operating systemsUnderstanding of computer network concepts (network hardware, cable management, IP address management)Experience in the design, implementation, and sustainment of Virtualized Machine (VM) architectureExperience with system configuration and apply security controls under Risk Management FrameworkDoD 8570 compliant IA certification for IAT IIMust be eligible for Special Access ProgramsExcellent customer service skills and clear communications both written and oralPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience with container management to include Kubernetes, Podman, and DockerUnderstanding of Special Access Program (SAP) Information Systems (IS) requirementsExperience with IS implementation as defined in the Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG)Understanding of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) standards as defined in ICD-705Documented Computing Environment (CE) trainingWindows or Linux CertificationShell scriptingIn-depth Hardware ExperienceUnderstanding of DevOps best practices and system development lifecycle automationTypical Education & Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.Drug Free Workplace:We are a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.General:We strive to deliver a total rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
