How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)The resource needs a minimum of 5 years of experience managing End User Computing (EUC) environment of similar size and complexity. Technology experience with Windows, Virtual Platforms (e.g. VDIs), EUC Hardware, Software Distribution and Release Management. The manager will lead the team through Servant Leadership to deliver reliable, secure, and quality EUC services.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for managing End User Computing (EUC) engineering, operations, technical services, platform, and technologies.Effectively manage and lead the team through Servant Leadership.Effectively collaborate and partner with teams across the enterprise.Lead the creation and implementation of best practices, strategy, and processes.Successfully lead and deliver initiatives on time and on budget.Ensure compliance with all governing corporate standards and guidelines.Build and maintain effective relationships with management, partners, customers, and colleagues.Keeps abreast of industry trends through benchmarking, participation in professional associations, and research.Manage risks, issues, and develop remediation plans.Maintain an exceptional level of customer focus centered on integrity and transparency.Construct problem statements including problem description and improvement measures.Drill down beyond the problem surface to understand root cause.Ability to work on multiple initiatives and balance constantly evolving priorities.Use data and analysis to convey solution impact and to support process-driven solutions.What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications):Minimum of 5 years managing End User Computing (EUC) environment of similar size and complexity.Minimum of 5 years managing virtual platforms (e.g. Horizon, Citrix, AWS Workspaces, etc.).Minimum of 5 years managing Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) tools (e.g. Persistent Radia, Microsoft Intune, Omnissa Workspace One, etc.).Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing distributed teams and services.Experience developing, implementing, and leading enterprise initiatives.Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.Must have excellent planning and organizational skills, strong verbal, written communication, and facilitation skills.Must have excellent data analytics experience using tools such as Excel and Power BI.Experience and solid understanding of EUC Hardware, Software Distribution, Release Management, Operations, and Change Management.Availability to travel up to 20% of the time both domestically and internationally.What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):Previous experience as a Subject Matter Expert for Endpoint Management.Airline or travel-related business experience.Delta Air Lines, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer and provides reasonable accommodation in its application process for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans.
