Job Duties
Incident Response
Respond to monitoring alerts from monitoring systems by telephone or email according to the appropriate troubleshooting procedures.Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, process, and system failures.Author and provide recommendations for application settings, operating systems, networks, and cloud services to improve performance, security, and reliability.
Service Request Response
Perform operations according to the procedure manual based on the requirements of the private cloud service users.Monitor the operation as stated in the procedure manual next to the performer of the operation.
Knowledge Maintenance
During the course of daily activities, detect and collect points for improvement within the operation procedures such as Incident Response and Service Request Fulfillment.Write and store undocumented operational procedures on Knowledge Management Systems, and update pre-existing operation procedures, if necessary.
Qualifications
Bilingual in Japanese and EnglishServer and Network maintenance experiences - more than 5 years (preferred)Team player and responsible for their tasksHas some knowledge/experience with network/server/IT helpdesk/programming or any IT relatedRegistration:
