You will assess the changing needs of the business, analyze the impact, support communication between relevant groups, and capture requirements. You will work with the systems administrators and developers to ensure that they understand the specifications and assist in documenting all use cases.Responsibilities
Work with business stakeholders and other subject matter experts to assess current capabilities to understand and document business requirements.Develop and maintain good relationships with key business groups to enable improved decision-making within the business.Support testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing.Actively participate and/or manage Business Acceptance Testing and User Acceptance Testing.Develop and provide project status updates.Participate in quality management reviews, reviews of the designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.Assist Project Manager with the overall day-to-day management of multiple projects including maintaining accurate project plans, producing meeting minutes, and ensuring that project objectives are achieved within time/cost/quality constraints.Plan and manage internal and external project communications, make certain of effective exchange of project information, status, issues, risks, and deliverables.Support our HR business partners for all HR system solutions.Support our Infrastructure partners for IT projects.Analyze user needs, facilitate process improvements, and document complete solutions.Develop project documentation for systems, projects, and processes.Coordinate testing of new patches or software releases and assist as required.Maintain all SOX and Internal Audit Controls to ensure overall compliance.Maintain familiarity with other IT system/business application capabilities within the Herc portfolio.Professional Experience
Experience working with SaaS solutions.Understanding of HR business processes (HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time, etc.) is beneficial.Understanding of ITIL practices and ServiceNow is beneficial.Educational Background
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or other related field or recent equivalent work experience.Conditions of Employment
Must be located in/open to relocating to the Bonita Springs, FL.Skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as technical proficiency.Ability to be flexible, adapt to change, and work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a succinct, organized manner.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and changing demands while being responsive to end-user needs.Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative work style, and ability to develop effective working relationships and demonstrate commitment to being a team player.Self-Starter; work independently and as a team member.HR Process knowledge (HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time, Learning, etc.).Application Support Service Delivery (Service Management) knowledge. Works well with onsite and offshore resources.Formal training in Project Management is preferred.Compensation Data:
