Our Litigation Paralegal must provide exceptional support to the Firm's attorneys. Our Partners believe excellent legal work, a positive work environment, attention to detail, teamwork, and excellent customer service create a successful law firm.
This important position requires working directly with attorneys.

Responsibilities
•Collaborating with two litigation attorneys to support legal proceedings•Assisting a remote senior paralegal in daily tasks•Efficiently organizing and managing case files•Preparing necessary documents for hearings and trials•Keeping track of statutes and deadlines for cases•Managing and updating the litigation calendar•Coordinating depositions and mediation schedules•Handling the filing of pleadings accurately•Drafting various letters and simple court documents•Conducting thorough research on laws and judicial decisions•Assisting attorneys in case preparations for hearings and trials•Formulating interrogatories as needed•Maintaining regular communication with clients for updates and information gathering•Compiling and organizing discovery materials•Crafting complaints in compliance with legal standards
Qualifications
•Minimum of two years of experience working as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal•Preference for candidates with Paralegal Certification•Strong writing abilities required•Proficiency in using case management systems•Excellent interpersonal skills for client relations•Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
