The Advanced Practice Provider position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our dedicated team at Seattle Reproductive Medicine. This is a full-time position, working Wed/Thurs/Friday in our Seattle clinic (8:00am-4:30pm) and every other weekend in our Seattle clinic (7:00am-3:30pm).RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups.Assist in managing fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds, uterine and monitoring for fertility treatments.Educate patients about fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans.Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout their treatment.Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff to ensure continuity of care.Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current in reproductive medicine.Other duties and projects assignedPOSITION REQUIREMENTS Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active state RN license or Physician Assistant (PA) with active state licensure.Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $95,000 to $115,000 annuallyThe compensation range for this position is between $95,000 and $115,000 per Year. Final salary offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications.
