The Andrology Clinic Assistant position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.We are seeking an Andrology Clinic Assistant to join our dedicated team at Advanced Fertility Care in Scottsdale, AZ with required travel to Chandler as needed. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday from 7:15am - 4:15pm with occasional Sundays as needed.RESPONSIBILITIES Perform comprehensive semen analysis, including sperm count, motility, progression, morphology, and viability.Prepare semen samples for artificial insemination, cryopreservation, and thawing following CLIA standards.Conduct quality control (QC) and participate in quality assessment (QA) programs within the laboratory.Maintain compliance with laboratory SOPs, OSHA guidelines, and HIPAA privacy regulations.Assist healthcare providers with patient exams and procedures as needed.Greet and assist patients to ensure a positive and welcoming experience.Maintain examination rooms and equipment to uphold cleanliness and readiness.Record and manage patient information and maintain accurate medical records using EMR systems.Assist with scheduling patient appointments and managing phone and correspondence inquiries.Provide patient education on procedures, specimen collection, and follow-up care.Assist with inventory management and order clinical supplies as necessary.Participate in initiatives for performance improvement and maintain lab inventory.Perform additional duties as needed to support clinic operations.POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field required Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or lab setting.Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures.Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to maintain confidentiality.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $20.00- $23.00 hourlyThe compensation range for this position is between $20.00 and $23.00 per hour. Final salary offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications.
