The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the SaaS and/or eCommerce talent landscape and experience scaling functions. They have successfully built and managed high performing recruiting teams globally, and LOVE using data to inform recruiting strategy and tactics.
This is a hybrid role and candidates will need to be located in Seattle, WA or the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. You will be expected to be onsite 2-3 days a week.
What You'll Do:Develop a global vision and strategy that leads to hiring results, great internal partnerships, operational rigor, and an amazing candidate experienceDevelop and deploy innovative global recruiting processes that enable us to hire top talent at the pace needed to support our growthScale the talent acquisition team, its culture, and its operations through our next stage of growthPartner with leadership to source and hire diverse talentStrategize with executive leadership on company-wide talent acquisition goals, needs, and operationsManage talent acquisition analytics, and using data to inform recruiting strategiesStay current on recruiting trends and best practices; be innovative in service of hiring goalsCollaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview plans, and position requirementsWhat You'll Bring:
10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, SaaS or eCommerce experience required5+ years leading a high-performing global recruiting team, preferably in a high-growth environmentStart-up or growth experience is a mustDeep functional experience including experience scaling a recruiting functionDemonstrated success integrating DEI into the recruiting process and candidate experienceAbility to build strong cross-functional partnerships, including senior leadershipComfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then make it happenExperience with Amazon recruiting and hiring practices desiredExperience with Greenhouse ATS preferredCompensation and Benefits:
The typical base pay range for this role across the US is USD: $166,000 - $250,000 per year.
This base pay range may be inclusive of several career levels at CommerceIQ and will be narrowed based on a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at CommerceIQ. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock options, as well as potential discretionary bonuses. You will also receive access to:
