Position Summary:The Manufacturing Site Leader will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's operational processes, overseeing various departments, and ensuring the efficient and effective execution of business strategies. This role will involve close collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders to drive operational excellence and achieve organizational goals.Core Functions:Operational Management:Develop and deliver operational budget for manufacturing site.Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people improvements through Lean Manufacturing.Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures.Optimize operational processes for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.Ensure optimal use of company assets and resources.

Strategic Planning:Work with senior management to develop and implement business strategies.Identify and implement initiatives to improve operational performance.Participate in long-term planning and goal setting.Perform capacity analysis and capital planning.

Team Leadership:Lead and manage various departments, including logistics, quality, engineering, manufacturing, and customer service.Lead large cross-functional teams.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support.Conduct performance reviews and manage employee performance.Resource Management allocating resources to prioritized opportunities.Provide manufacturing shop-floor presence to demonstrate support for the site team members.

Performance Monitoring:Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.Analyze data and generate reports for senior management.Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications and Requirements:Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in a related field required.12+ years of manufacturing experience in operations required.5+ years of manufacturing management experience required.

Skills, Abilities, and KnowledgeExcellent leadership and organizational skills.Ability to lead large cross functional teams.Proven ability to drive transformation across a complex organization.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google, manufacturing ERP systems.Skilled at creating presentations for a variety of audiences including CEO, ELT, and BOD.Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively write and communicate with all levels of the organizations.Ability to perform basic and complex analysis.

TravelOccasional travel may be required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis position is subject to Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls require exertion of force greater than that for Sedentary Work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.

Physical ActivitiesThis position is subject to the following physical activities: reaching, walking, pushing, lifting, talking, and hearing.

Visual AcuityThe worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.

Working ConditionsThis position primarily operates in a professional office environment and remote work from home. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. Occasional trips to manufacturing locations will create exposure to routine manufacturing environment.
