Holy Angels Catholic School is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our school. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that the school runs smoothly by managing office tasks, coordinating communication, and providing support to staff, students, and families. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries. Maintain accurate records, including student files, attendance, and staff documentation. Coordinate communication between the school, parents, and the community, ensuring timely dissemination of information. Assist with scheduling and organizing school events, meetings, and appointments. Handle financial tasks such as processing payments, managing invoices, and maintaining budgets. Oversee the ordering of office supplies and ensure that the office environment is organized and efficient. Provide administrative support to the principal and teaching staff as needed. Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and Archdiocesan regulations. Serve as a point of contact for students, parents, and staff, providing assistance and resolving issues as they arise.
