Princeton Tool, a Princeton Precision Group company is an industry leader in the aerospace & defense and power generation industries. We are actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Toolmaker to join our organization. The Toolmaker role will directly support tooling, production, and metrology by maintaining, repairing, and creating the necessary tooling to reduce and eliminate production delays.

Repair complex tooling and fixturing as neededFitting and assembling tools and die partsRepair and / or modify production tooling and fixturing as required after receiving instructionsInspect finished dies and tools for defects, smoothness, and contour deformitiesVerify tooling and fixturing meet quality requirementsAssist production as requiredMaintain organized workspaceOther related duties as requestedKnowledge, skills, and abilities
Ability to read and interpret blueprintsExperience crafting core die toolingExperience operating 3 axis CNC milling equipmentExtensive experience with metalworking tools including drills, milling machines, grinders, and lathesBasic shop mathExcellent attention to detailAdvanced troubleshooting skillsAbility to multi-taskEffective communication skillsTeam PlayerCompensation
