You'll be responsible for the business administration, coordination, and enforcement of our human resources plans and procedures including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
•Enact and implement human resources programs including benefits, compensation, company evaluation, and training•Optimize and enforce personnel policies and procedures•Hold exit interviews with employees and record their feedback to optimize our policies and procedures•Narrow down the talent pool to highly-qualified candidates, interview the shortlist, and onboard and train new hires•Review and advise on organizational policies, decision-making, and strategic planning for business administration and the annual budget
Qualifications
•Hotel HR experience preferred•Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills•3+ years as an HR manager, senior HR generalist, or in an upper-level HR position•Hold a bachelor's degree in HR management, business management, or a similar field
