Business Title: 104696 | R&D Procurement Manager, Clinical Labs, and DiagnosticsLocation: Upper Providence (19426) or Philadelphia, PA (19112) or Rockville, MD (20850)Job Type: Contract (12 months)Notes: Hybrid Position/Must be on site 2-3 days/week at one of the following Client sites: Upper Providence or Philadelphia, PA or Rockville, MDJob Responsibilities:Negotiate contracts with suppliers that secure favorable terms for procurement of goods and services contracts in line with the agreed business requirementsEnsure adherence to category strategiesIdentify and lead contract simplification initiativesAccountable for execution of MSAs, standalone agreements, Task Orders and Change Orders across all categories within the Clinical Labs and Diagnostics teamLead sourcing events and data-driven negotiations to deliver on the business requirementsIdentify contracting and overall process simplification opportunities across Clinical Services ProcurementSkills & Experience Required:Bachelor's degree in relevant field3+ years of experience in Global Procurement or equivalent functionExperience developing project plans, executing contracts, and leading negotiationsPharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer goods industry experience requiredStrong business and financial acumenExperience using AribaProficient in leveraging AI to simplify daily ways of working and drive process efficiency highly preferred.
