Description

Due to continued clinical and academic growth, the University of Rochester Flaum Eye Institute is recruiting faculty across all the sub-subspecialties. We currently have openings for three comprehensive ophthalmologists at the Assistant Professor level. All positions include generous start-up packages commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

Candidates must be certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Applicants must have demonstrated a commitment to achieving diversity in the workforce. Rank and salary Will be commensurate with experience and credentials.

The referenced pay range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the base range of compensation for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, experience and expertise of the individual, and with consideration to related position salaries. Alignment of clinical incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
