Remote Junior Business Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a skilled and driven Junior Business / Product Analyst to join our dynamic team at our largest Medical Device client. This role will be a long-term contract opportunity and it has the opportunity to sit remotely (must work EST). In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and our development squad, ensuring that user needs are translated into actionable requirements. You will have the opportunity to drive product vision, enhance user experience, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality digital products that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:User Needs Assessment:o Understand and analyze user needs, translating them into detailed product requirements for the squad.Requirements Management:o Build use cases, write, manage, and clarify user stories, visualizations, and process flows.o Explain functional implementation of requirements and contribute to the improvement of user experience.o Create wireframes to communicate and finalize the end user experience.Sprint Planning:o Stay 2-3 sprints ahead of the squad, ensuring each feature has a clear definition of done and is aligned with the definition of readiness to enter the sprint.Communication & Collaboration:o Communicate vision and requirements effectively to developers and testers.o Work closely with the Product Owner (PO) to maintain a deep understanding of business processes and requirements.Testing & Documentation:o Assist in writing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and participate in User Acceptance Testing as needed.o Document confirmed business processes for future reference and support.Business Process Improvement:o Apply business process improvement methods to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.Metrics & Reporting:o Track metrics and build reports to measure progress and success of development efforts.Compliance & SDLC:o Ensure compliance with relevant documentation and activities within the scope of responsibility, keeping SDLC documentation current.Training & Support:o Create, update, and maintain user instructions, release notes, and training materials for global moderators and end u .
