Job Title: Manager, Human Resources and AdministrationLS Injection Molding Machine USADepartment: Human ResourcesSupervisor: CEOLocation: Duluth, GAPay Type: Salaried PositionHiring Range: DOQ8- Hour Shift, Monday FridayPosition SummaryManages and executes a variety of HR and administrative processes for LS Injection Molding Machine USA. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to, HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, policy development and administration, organizational review and design, compensation, and benefits administration. Administrative functions include, but are not limited to, employee communication and events, customer events, meeting facilitation, managing general contracts and services, overseeing social media activities, and LS promotional items.HR Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Recruitment.Identifies vacant positions approved for recruitment.Reviews position descriptions of vacant positions to ensure job descriptions are up to date and accurate, based on input from hiring managers.Develops recruitment plan for each position, then executers plan until position is filled.Develops and executes effective applicant tracking process and recordkeeping.Utilizes multiple recruiting sources including job boards, Company web site, outside recruiters, and other applicable resources.Hiring and On-Boarding.Leads hiring teams to find the most qualified candidate for filling vacant positions.Executes effective hiring process, ensuring compliance with required hiring actions.Leads the on-boarding activity for newly hired employees. Develops and executes programs to increase retention.Employee Relations.Engages with employees and managers to resolves employee relations issues.Updates job descriptions to better define and describe position duties and responsibilities.Develops and provides reports related to headcount, staffing, and staffing planning.Works with HR team to execute Company compensation program. Performs market pay analysis for benchmark positions as requested.
Policy Development.Develops and rolls out HR policies.Assists management team with development and roll out of Non-HR policies.Ensures effective communication of policies to employees.Organizational Review and Design.Understands current organizational structure and makes recommendations for improvement based on the needs of the business.Ensures job descriptions and reporting relationships are clearly defined.Compensation and Benefits Administration.Manages compensation program, evaluates compensation practices against business objectives and makes recommendations for improvements.Executes Company compensation program. Performs market pay analysis for benchmark positions as requested.Manages benefits programs, including employee enrollment processes.General Administrative Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Communication and Events.Develops and executes employee and customer events.Develops and executes our employee communication strategy through various media and meeting formats.
Meeting Facilitation.Provides guidelines for meetings that will improve meeting effectiveness and efficiencies.Facilitates All Employee Meetings as scheduled
Social Media Oversight.Oversees the Companys use of social media. Posts Company related information on social media.Monitors social media with regard to LSIU.
General Services Contract Management.Manages contracts for general services as needed.
LS Promotional MaterialsManages LS promotional materials.

Actively engages in team meetings and provides timely feedback to team regarding work topics. Understands organizational mesh points and potential synergies. Integrates team efforts across work team. Understands available resources and utilizes those resources when appropriate.Leadership.

Executes effective customer communication and relationship building techniques.Minimum Requirements:Education and Experience RequiredBachelors degree in Human Resource Management, or related field.5 years of work experience as a Human Resources professional, including generalist responsibilities.Experience working in a multi-site organization, prefer experience in a multi-site, international organization.Demonstrated work experience performing general administrative tasks or functions.Demonstrated experience partnering managers and co-workers to drive business results.Skills, Knowledge and Abilities RequiredKnowledge of HR processes and systems. Demonstrated expertise in HR disciplines including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and policy development and administration.Solid knowledge and understanding of HR and laws and regulations.High level of working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Hands on experience with ADP, Paycom, or similar HRIS software.
