LHH is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager in Duluth, GA who will play a key role in supporting our human resources functions while also acting as a strategic partner to various business units. This position combines traditional HR responsibilities with HR Business Partner functions to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and align HR strategies with organizational goals.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support in areas such as performance management, conflict resolution, and career development.Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs to promote professional growth and skill enhancement within the organization.Support management in implementing performance appraisal systems, providing coaching on performance-related issues, and facilitating employee development plans.Oversee employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and compliance, while educating employees on available options.Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and regulatory requirements.Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.Utilize data to analyze HR metrics and trends, making recommendations for improvements in processes and practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience in organizational development, change management, and effective communication strategies.3-5 Years of experience in human resources with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and HR business partnering.Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
