As the city's first true luxury hotel, this 23-story tower has 241 rooms, 15,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining.

In this role, you will be responsible for securing large group business 20+ rooms on peak.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of previous hotel sales experience and be a dynamic individual who is well-rounded, and business minded.

The Senior Sales Manager at the Conrad Indianapolis will serve as the hotel representative for prospective clients and customers who need to rent rooms, meeting space, and/or food and beverage service in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Respond to sales inquiries, initiate new sales, and prospect and qualify leads.Solicit potential clients, entertain clients, and conduct site visits.Support all client needs by answering questions, determining rates, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, servicing accounts and analyzing lost business for the hotel.Develop sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue and room night goals.Collaborate with various departments to ensure requested services are provided to customers.What are we looking for?
