As a litigation associate, you will assist the firm's principals and senior litigation associates in all facets of litigation, including construction defect, land use and zoning, condominium phasing rights disputes, and the like.Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate Degree5+ years of litigation experience in the real estate sector is strongly preferred.Ability and experience to draft and argue motions, undertake legal research, take depositions, conduct written discovery, represent clients in court and other proceedings, and provide legal support for various cases.Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (additional admissions considered a benefit)Strong legal research and writing skillsAbility to independently analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic counselExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with court procedures and the litigation process, including demonstrated practice before the Massachusetts Superior Courts or Land Court
