Primary Duties:
Effectively manage a large volume of closings while maintaining accuracy. Work with title, escrow, settlement agents and attorneys to facilitate the closing of a residential loan Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of loan documents Review Loan for compliance with TRID, HMDA Prepare and send out closing disclosures (CD) for borrowers to sign Review all pre-closing requirements including but not limited to, hazard insurance originals to close, pre CD's, title. Draw and release closing documents for all program types offered by Dart Bank to the designated Closing Agent Updating, reviewing and validating loan data to ensure loan documents are accurate Review loan file to ensure all conditions of loan approval have been met and signed off by the appropriate party. Review signed loan documents to verify completed, signed and dated as required Balance final figures with the closing agent Completes funding request and authorize the release of funds to the title company. Communicate with processors, mortgage bankers and their assistant Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle delicate situations with diplomacy and tact. Actively participate and advocate the bank's training and development programs and commitment to learning. Responsible for following company policies and procedures as directed. Never employ workarounds to procedures or policies. UCD Submissions with a successful result. Understand Mavent logic and addressing errors to insure compliance of the loan file. 100% responsible for clearing Closer to clear conditions. Using all tools provided to insure an error free package such as checklist, double check measures, etc. Assist in other departments as needed with time and experience permits. Work as a team to insure best practices, efficiencies and for brainstorming ways to improve. All other duties as assigned. Adheres to all Federal and State laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.

Education/Training:
Education: High School or GED
Experience: 2 to 5 years of prior mortgage loan processing experience including experience with web based automated underwriting systems, loan origination systems and working with correspondent lenders preferred. Government lending experience preferred but not required.
