Deliver comprehensive emergency care to patients with a broad spectrum of medical conditions.Perform thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans based on patient needs.Collaborate with nursing staff, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals.Conduct necessary medical procedures and interpret diagnostic tests to guide treatment.Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care processes.Engage in mentoring and supporting other medical staff within the department.RequirementsMD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.Board certification in Emergency Medicine preferred; board eligibility may be considered for current trainees.Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of New York.Previous experience in an emergency medicine setting is desirable.Current certifications in ACLS, ATLS, and PALS required.Excellent clinical skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing patient-centered care.Commitment to ongoing education and professional development in emergency medicine.BenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k)Malpractice and tail covergaeW2 OR 1099 status
