The Restoration Manager will be responsible for managing the entire restoration process of classic vehicles, from initial assessment to final delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of vintage cars and trucks, exceptional project management skills, and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will work closely with Body & Mechanical Technicians, Clients, and Suppliers to ensure that each restoration project is completed to the highest standards of quality and authenticity.RequirementsOversee and manage all stages of classic vehicle restoration projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.Conduct thorough assessments of classic vehicles to determine the scope of restoration work required.Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met.Coordinate and lead a team of skilled Technicians, Mechanics, and Craftsmen, providing guidance and support throughout the restoration process.Source and procure authentic parts and materials necessary for restoration projects.Maintain regular communication with Customers providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or requests.Ensure that all Vehicle Restoration work adheres to industry standards and best practices, maintaining the historical accuracy and integrity of each vehicle.Manage project budgets, ensuring that all expenses are tracked, and projects are completed within financial constraints.Maintain Quality to ensure that all work meets Company Standards of Excellence.Stay current with industry advancements and techniques in classic vehicle restoration.QualificationsProven experience in classic vehicle restoration, with examples of completed projects.Extensive knowledge of a wide variety of classic vehicles.Proven project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong leadership and abilities to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Effective communication skills, interacting professionally with clients and team members.Proficiency in sourcing and procuring authentic parts and materials for vintage vehicles.Strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges during the restoration process.BenefitsCompetitive Salary and Performance-Based Bonus.Flexible SchedulingProfessional development and training.Collaborative work environment.Work satisfaction.Contributing to the preservation of unique and historic classic vehicles
