Position Overview:We are seeking a growth-minded Director of Ecommerce with a passion for creating best-in-class digital experiences. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing and Ecommerce this role will be central to driving revenue growth by optimizing the digital funnel, online merchandising, and improving digital experience. The Director of Ecommerce will lead initiatives to improve key performance metrics such as CVR, AOV, and LTV and lead a high-performing ecommerce team.Primary Job Responsibilities:Lead the optimization of the Frankies Bikinis website creating a digital experience that reflects the brand's vision and encourages a deeper emotional connection with our Frankies Bikinis community, driving repeat engagements and ambassadorship.Develop the long-term ecommerce strategy aligned with the brand's vision and financial objectives.Partner with Marketing to develop, implement, and/or optimize effective online campaigns, digital marketing, and social media strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion, and expand sales.Drive the technology roadmap and execution of the web experience, including SEO, online merchandising, content, site navigation, and analytics.Stay up to date on ever-evolving commerce technology and launch new features from conception to completion, including the management of any technology partners.Manage a lean but powerful ecommerce department within our wider Marketing & Ecommerce department.Managing overall web development to enhance website to suit the customer journey best overseeing external development team.Leading ecommerce promotion strategy and execution to hit revenue targetsOverseeing the ecomm shoot process and calendar to ensure all products are accurately shot, on-brand, and on time.Aligning with Merchandising team on product priorities and optimization strategies.Requirements:6+ years of Direct to Consumer ecommerce experience with a fashion brand is a must. Proven experience in an ecommerce leadership role, demonstrating a track record of growth and increasing responsibilities.Proven history of success managing online stores with a minimum of 1M+ monthly sessions and a highly engaged online communityMust have ample hands-on experience in ecommerce tools, including but not limited to: Shopify, Klaviyo/other CRM systems and Google Analytics and reporting tools such as Daasity and Looker.Comprehensive knowledge of the eCommerce digital landscape including web applications, site merchandising, SEO, social media, email marketing, and relevant KPI reporting.Positive, collaborative attitude and ability to be flexible in a fast-paced and ever-evolving organization.Demonstrated success in strategic planning, digital transformation, and customer experience optimization.Compensation & Benefits:Base Salary range $110k - $150k (reflective of experience) + bonusCompetitive health care and benefits including PTO and 401k plan offeringsAbout Frankies Bikinis:Frankies Bikinis is a global online destination for fashion-forward swimwear founded in 2012 by Francesca Aiello.
