Summary You will serve as a Management Assistant in the Facilities Division, Business Department of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR PEARL HARBOR. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.90% will be added to the stated salary. Responsibilities You will utilize Enterprise Resource Planning financial system to prepare requisition for material and services required. You will track and report costs incurred in support of reimbursable customers. You will investigate and determine reasons for marked changes in departmental trends and prepare reports to brief the Director and Deputy Director. You will attend meetings and briefings associated with the status of work projects and programs. You will review incoming correspondence and directives which may affect the division and determine level of importance and/or impact and refer them accordingly. You will prepare, maintain and coordinate responses to requests and all Department correspondence files and records. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing administrative work that requires demonstrating a knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in carrying out the work of an organization and applying the procedures and practices within the framework of established guidelines to formulate an annual and quarterly budget review by tracking and verifying funds expended for various facilities projects/programs and coordinate requests and requisitions for supplies, materials and contract service's for the facilities division. Examples of specialized experience may include the following 1) track/ reports costs incurred by the financial division in support of reimbursable customers. 2) Attend meetings and briefings associated with the status of work projects and programs. 3) Track and verify funds expended for various facilities project and programs. 4) Maintain follow- up action on the status of the requisition.
