Job Description
We are seeking entry-level candidates for the 2nd Shift Assembler position.
Ideal candidates may have experience in mechanical assembly, nail technician roles, or any manufacturing experience involving small parts.
All candidates must be open to working overtime on weekdays and Saturdays as needed.
Overtime can start an hour BEFORE the shift time.
2nd Shift Start Time will be 3:30pm or 3:45pm.
The Assembler I will work under direct supervision using a variety of tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble/test medical devices.
Pay Rates:
Assembler I: $19.50 (1 year of manufacturing w/microscope) + $1.50 Shift Differential
Assembler II: $21.00 (1 year+ medical device w/microscope) + $1.50 Shift Differential
Important/Must haves:
Microscope experience
Small part assembly
Strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Project Engineer/ Supervisor.
Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed. 5. Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
