Job Description
The Vice President (Branch) will lead the community association management operations team in both day-to-day property management operations and support Management and Client retention initiatives. Cities Management serves 300 clients across the 7-county metro area and continues to grow.
The Vice President is responsible for the development and implementation of the branch's strategic vision and planning. They assist with daily leadership, presenting the appropriate image to clients and business partners, and managing short- and long-term goals of the branch. Given the variety and size of branches with differing structures, specific duties and responsibilities may vary. However, a key focus is on directly supervising branch-level management, contributing to budget oversight, fiscal management, and ensuring the financial health of the branch.
Requirements
- Knowledge of GAAP at a proficient level.- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at an expert level.- Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at an expertlevel.- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.- Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.- Time management and time-critical prioritization skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree Required- Master of Business Administration Degree Preferred- 10+ years of directly related or closely related experience- 7 - 10 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience
