Vice President of New Business Development - Total Talent Solutions (Contingent Staffing, EOR/IC Compliance, RPO, Direct Sourcing, Nearshoring/Offshoring, SoW & Master Vendor Program)Location: Remote from San Jose, California (Candidate must be local to San Jose)The vice president of new business development is required to leverage industry connections and partnerships to secure new customers and support growth opportunities for existing clients.The role directly reports to the President and requires close collaboration and teamwork to increase the company's business in the staffing industry.Key Responsibilities:Foster relationships with businesses, leaders, and professional networks continuously, building a pipeline of future clients who are attracted to the total talent solutions provided by N2SDevelop, implement, and manage a sales plan to include strategic relationships with industry contacts and customer prospect opportunitiesMaintain prospect pipeline within the established platformActively participate in professional engagements geared toward MSP and Total Talent SolutionsWork with the President to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to promote and increase sales.When necessary, work with other departments in the company to improve and develop new tools, analyze data, and identify new target accounts or markets.Develops and implement sales strategies to target vertical markets, grassroots penetration, and sales strategies specific to business units and/or geographies.Meet with customers to assess their needs and develop proposals to solve staffing challenges.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors, market trends, and innovation to position N2S as a disruptor within the total talent space.Drive the coordination, analysis, and support of all sales efforts, in collaboration with internal departments, from the initial conversation with prospects through follow-up meetings, RFI/RFP response management, solution presentation design, and delivery, and determine the best pricing model to provide N2S with optimum market advantage to achieve the award of the business.Focus on Business development and diversification in keeping with divisional strategies, financial plans, and profitable growth goalsAchieve financial/sales metrics as outlined.Qualifications10+ years of experience in selling total talent solutionsProven ability to partner and communicate with clients, including Executive levelsExcellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal), including high emotional intelligence, the ability to gain acceptance of ideas, and the ability to build trustExceptional customer service skills and business ethicsWorking knowledge of desktop computers and MS Office Suite Excel, Word, MS Outlook, and PowerPointDetail-oriented, critical thinking, problem solverDriven, energetic, and tenacious; willing to work extended hours when necessary and perform at a high level of productivityHighly adaptable to changeDemonstrated negotiation skillsWilling to travel extensively for client meetings and attend networking events
