The Pepe Auto Group is seeking an ambitious, professional, and highly motivated Automotive General Manager to join our growing team at our Audi of Nyack store. We are in search of a seasoned Automotive General Manager with a minimum of 7- 10 years automotive management experience for a single point luxury brand. As General Manager you are responsible for overseeing all dealership activities to ensure dealership performance expectations are met and all CSI index levels are achieved. Must have extensive knowledge and proficiency in both variable and fixed operations. Hands-on leader, who leads by example must possess a professional demeanor at all times and relate comfortably to all team members, clients and manufacturer. This position is a critical role in leading the entire Dealership’s operation and is held accountable for the success of the dealership and its employees. The General Manager reports directly to the C.O.O.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and execute sales forecasts to obtain volume and profit goals
Responsible for financial forecasting and profitability in all departments of the dealership
Mentor and monitor the performance of all department heads
Ensure that all employees maintain high levels of training
Maintain complete compliance in all departments with all laws and regulations. Continuous training required for management and staff.
Evaluate BDC performance working directly with BDC Director
Work directly with Marketing Manager in developing advertising and marketing plans for sales and service.
Communicate Executive Management P&P to all employees and ensure they are followed and understood
Uphold exceptional customer service ratings and online review scores
Lead regular meetings with each department to review performance and suggest any areas for improvement
Develop and maintain a good working relationships with the manufacturer
Complete review of financial statements, schedules and documentation to ensure the accuracy and complete integrity of the records.
Lead by example and ensure that the core values of the company are embraced at all times.
