Job Description: Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is In the global construction business. The sponsor supports the VP - across 4 different countries. Key projects: This role will contribute to 2 Director-level calendars. One of the people they will support is branded to Microsoft and will need onboarding assistance and ROB calendar heavily. Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 20% meetings with directors and team members answering questions / running through calendars / talking through travel plans 30% calendaring (cleaning up calendar, moving things around, answering appointment emails, etc.) 30% with lead EA with some side tasks (example: cleaning storage room, getting CVPs lunch, etc.) 20% onboarding/match-making new hires to set up onboarding (equipment ordering, connecting people on-site, making sure they know where to go/who they are talking to), learning who is who (will have help with this and be trained)

Candidate Requirements Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field. Degrees or certifications required: High school diploma or GED. Associates or higher would be a plus. If they speak French, Spanish and/or Portuguese Microsoft experience If they have a familiarity with how construction works / lingo Healthcare background (as they will handle PPE / Safety) Someone friendly and outgoing / has some grit and is open to multi-tasking and take control Global experience

Summary: The main function of an Executive Administrative Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office.

Job Responsibilities: Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.

Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Ability to keep information organized and confidential. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. 2-4 years experience required.
