RETS Associates, on behalf of our client, a fully integrated, Office / Industrial / R&D investor, is seeking an
Acquisitions Analyst
in their
San Francisco
office. Analyst reports to the Director and is a key member of lean deal team responsible for analyzing and evaluating prospective investments.
Responsibilities :Provide underwriting and financial analysis including cash flow analysis, market and property due diligence, financing, and JV structuring.Coordinate closings including due diligence, IC memos, and interface with legal / external consultants.Market research, property research, lease / rent roll analysis, and other research for various deals.Communicate with external parties including brokerage community, business partners, lenders, and consultants.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, and/or Economics a plus.1 - 3 years of experience within a real estate investment, development, lending, brokerage firm, or real estate investment banking required.Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.Familiarity with valuation concepts including discounted cash flow, internal rate of return, levered returns vs unlevered returns.ARGUS experience.Comp: $100K+ base plus bonus.
