JOB SUMMARY:Provides administrative support and service to all departments utilizing office systems and procedures.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Operates general office equipment such as personal computers, telephone & voicemail systems, printers, copiers, scanners and fax machines.Oversees general office facility, including maintenance of office and kitchen supplies, review of cleaning service performance, and coordination of IT support needs for office equipment. Identifies opportunities for improvement and escalates needs as appropriate to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.Accurately and efficiently completes data entry.Compiles, organizes, reviews, prints, copies, sorts and delivers business documents.Maintains filing, inventory, mailing, database and other systems.Monitors front entrance access by courteously welcoming visitors, determining nature of business, ensuring documents are completed, and properly announcing visitors to appropriate personnel.Provides quality internal and external customer support by professionally and tactfully communicating with customers, employees, applicants, callers, and other guests. Responds to all requests in a timely manner.Maintains security by following internal controls and keeping business information confidential.Supports other Administrative Assistants to cover workload, projects, telephones, and front desk.Works on special projects as necessary and assigned.Proceeds under general direction with minimal supervision.Maintains or exceeds production standards through efficient organization and planning.Demonstrates thorough knowledge and conformity with Ace Precision Quality System work instruction requirements that govern administrative operations.Follows and complies with safety policies and procedures.Accurately completes all required documentation.Meets attendance policy requirements.Contributes to team effort by assisting in areas as needed.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.LANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to read English and analyze documents, such as spreadsheets and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively. Must possess excellent verbal and written skills.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Ability to apply concepts such as fractions and percentages to practical situations.REASONING ABILITY:Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Requires some initiative and decision-making judgment.
