Multiple Shift Options! All Experience Levels Encouraged to Apply!First shift: Monday- Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMSecond Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM (Includes 10% Shift Premium).JOB SUMMARY:Prepares parts for braze by nickel blasting and braze alloy application.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Applies braze paste to parts ensuring a uniform application.Deburrs parts as needed.Properly packages parts so they are not damaged while being transported to the next operation.Capable of noticing defects in parts (scratches, dents, metal thinning, poor finish) and brings defected parts to Supervisor's attention.In coordination with Maintenance Department, performs preventive maintenance on heat treat equipment.Proceeds under general supervision.Demonstrates thorough knowledge of and conformity with Ace Precision Quality System work instruction requirements that govern heat treat operations.Maintains or exceeds production standards through efficient organization and planning.Follows and complies with safety policies and procedures.Accurately completes all required documentation.Meets attendance policy requirements.Contributes to team effort by assisting in areas as needed.

Ability to read English and understand sketches, routings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with employees and other Company stakeholders.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Requires the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide decimals and fractions.REASONING ABILITY:
