ISG Product Operations is a world-class global team of dedicated professionals, performing myriad functions, all with a common purpose: to manage Client's Clearing and Trading & Client operational processes and deliver value to our clients in a controlled and efficient way.
The broad organization partners closely with Sales and Trading to develop and implement new products and services as well as drive efficiency and reduce risk in our processes.
At all times we are focused on delivering quality service to clients both internal and external.
Duties may include:
Processing incoming and outgoing paperwork including mail and facsimiles
Support client service associates and operational personnel
Checking inbound client documents for accuracy, notating all activities on the account, and submitting accurate forms for final processing to service center
Make outbound contact both in writing and verbally with clients concerning paperwork
Requires ability to define and prioritize project activities and follow-up on project progress
Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong working knowledge and proficiency in the appropriate computer programs such as MS Word, MS Excel and database input is essential, knowledge of financial services field
Must be able to learn quickly and to engage in a number of detailed tasks at once
Must have strong flexibility in regard to the duties assigned and problem solving skills, be able to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Good excel skills
Able to manage/analyze data sets and produce reports (ability to create macros will be nice to have)
Strong communication skills
Able to host calls and coordinate effectively across multiple teams
Attention to detail/organized
