Job StoryThis person must be a self-driven and highly motivated team player who can perform in a fast-changing business environment. This position collaborates with the Sr. Hub Lead to define scheduled shifts within the Kitting Hub. They’re responsible for identifying, creating, maintaining, and updating all metrics for the hub, including creating dashboards and preparing reports for Sr. Management. You will be trained to build and validate kits as needed.
Job SummaryA student assistant will carry out administrative and technical tasks requested by a supervisor. Depending on the area the student assistant is employed in, they may assist and mentor other students or provide support throughout the campus in various forms.
Job Duties
Manage schedules for assigned hub.Identify, create, maintain, and update metrics.Ensure adherence to schedules.Report any attendance issues to Jr. or Sr. Lead.Create and distribute weekly reports, including production and deliveries, validation errors, and quality escapes.Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area.Perform any other duties as assigned by Sr. Lead.
Required EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Strong communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Macros, Pivot tables, and charts).Strong mathematics background.Dependable and reliable.Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.Detail-oriented.Ability to multitask.Reliable transportation.Must be able to sit for long periods and walk long distances.Data analytics classes.
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position.Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phones, printers, copiers, and calculators.Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
